Effective Date and Scope
Effective July 22, 2026. This Privacy Policy applies to Lavish Filing Assistance Experts LLC's website, intake forms, client communications, portals, payment activity and the administrative, tax, business, notary, permit and non-attorney document-preparation services requested by clients.
Information We Collect
We may collect contact details; intake-form and client-portal information; identification, immigration, tax, business and financial records; uploaded documents; electronic signatures; communications; payment status; and website, device and cookie information.
How We Use Information
We use information to respond to requests, conduct consultations, prepare and organize documents, perform authorized administrative services, communicate status, process payments, maintain records, protect our systems and comply with applicable obligations.
How Information May Be Shared
At the client's direction or as needed to perform requested services, information may be shared with government agencies, courts, payment processors, translators, couriers, contractors, technology providers and other authorized providers. We do not sell client personal information.
Payments and Stripe
Online payments may be processed by Stripe. Lavish does not receive or store the full payment-card number entered into Stripe. Stripe's own privacy and security terms apply to its processing.
Tax Information and Required Consent
Tax-return information is used and disclosed only as permitted by applicable law, including Internal Revenue Code section 7216 and related regulations. Lavish will obtain any consent required before using or disclosing tax-return information for a purpose not permitted without consent.
Security and Document Handling
We use reasonable administrative, physical and technical safeguards appropriate to the information handled, including access controls, secure document-transfer methods, multifactor authentication where supported, staff or contractor confidentiality controls, incident response and secure disposal practices. Clients must use the approved upload method for Social Security numbers, tax records, immigration records, identification documents and banking information. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Retention and Privacy Choices
Records are retained for the period reasonably needed to provide services, meet tax-preparer and other recordkeeping duties, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and satisfy legal obligations, then securely deleted or destroyed. A client may request access, correction or deletion through the Contact page. Lavish may verify identity and may deny or limit a request when retention or nondisclosure is required or permitted by law.
Security Incidents
Lavish maintains procedures to investigate suspected unauthorized access and will provide notices to affected persons and government authorities when required by applicable law, including Florida's data-breach requirements.
Children, External Links and Updates
Our services are not directed to children under 13. The website may link to government, payment, social-media or other third-party sites governed by their own policies. We may update this policy and will post the revised version on this page.
