Consultation Fee
- The $120 consultation fee is non-refundable.
- The consultation fee is separate from service fees and is not credited toward future services.
Rescheduling and Missed Appointments
- Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule.
- Missed appointments and late cancellations require a new consultation payment.
When Service Fees Become Earned
Once Lavish begins administrative work, document preparation, research, scanning, uploads, submissions or packet assembly, the earned service fee is non-refundable. The signed service agreement identifies when work begins and which fees, if any, remain refundable.
Separate and Non-Refundable Expenses
Government fees, court fees, postage, payment-processing fees, translation charges and other third-party expenses are separate from Lavish service fees and are generally non-refundable after payment.
No Refund Based on Outcome or Client Inaction
No refund is issued because a client changes their mind, fails to provide requested documents, stops responding, misses a deadline, experiences an agency delay or receives a denial. Payment does not guarantee any result.
Cancellation by Lavish
If Lavish cancels before work begins, any unearned service fee paid directly to Lavish will be reviewed for refund. Any approved refund will exclude non-refundable consultation charges and expenses already paid or incurred.
